1. Voluntary Submission & Consent

All images, data, and information You provide are submitted voluntarily. You confirm the following:

"I swear that every person shown in the images I submit is either myself or someone who has given me explicit permission to submit their image for the creation of artwork by Klitkollektor."

You accept full responsibility for ensuring all submitted materials are lawful and consented to. Klitkollektor is not responsible for verifying identity or consent of any depicted persons.

2. Request Types: Public vs. Private

2.1 Public Request (Free)

• The Artist may film, photograph, and document the entire creation process.
• The final artwork and any creation process materials may be publicly posted on Klitkollektor’s social media platforms, website, or promotional channels.
• Some of these platforms are monetised; all revenue generated from posts belongs solely to Klitkollektor.
• The artwork is free of charge due to its value for outreach and promotion.

2.2 Private Request (Paid)

• Your artwork and creation footage will not be posted publicly.
• The artwork and creation video may still be recorded but will be sent privately to You.
• You may request that all digital materials connected to your commission be permanently deleted from Klitkollektor’s storage.
• This option is paid. Pricing is flexible but subject to the minimum payment clause.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

3.1 User Rights

You retain ownership of the original images You submit. You grant Klitkollektor a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your Submission to create artwork, in accordance with the Request type you choose.

3.2 Artist Rights

All artworks, sketches, digital files, videos, and derivative works created from your Submission are theexclusive intellectual property of Klitkollektor.

• For Public Requests: The Artist may publish, share, distribute, and monetise the artwork and creation process freely.
• For Private Requests: The Artist will not share or publish your artwork or creation footage unless You explicitly consent later in writing.

4. Purchase of Original Sketches & Shop Items

Original sketches may be purchased on a pay-what-you-want basis.

Minimum Payment Requirement: All paid items or paid commission options in Klitkollektor’s shop require a minimum payment of 5€ (plus shipping). Any amount above 5€ is voluntary. Shipping costs are added separately and must be paid in full before processing.

Copyright: Purchasing a physical sketch does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Shipping & Liability

• Klitkollektor will package and ship items and provide You with a tracking number.
• Once shipped, Klitkollektor is not liable for loss, damage, delays, or any issues caused by the courier.
• If a problem occurs, You may contact: hi@klitkollektor.com, and the Artist will assist to the extent reasonably possible.

6. Data Handling & Digital Deletion

Any personal information You submit is provided voluntarily. For Private Requests, You may request complete deletion of digital files. Klitkollektor will permanently delete videos, scans, photos, and any digital versions of your artwork.

7. Prohibited Submissions

You agree not to submit:

• Images you do not own or have consent to use
• Copyright-infringing materials
• Images of minors
• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Klitkollektor may refuse any request for any reason.
