• Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors — we never store full payment details)
• Any notes you provide with your order

2. How Your Data Is Used

2.1 For Public Requests

If you choose a Public Request, your submitted images and the created artwork may be used for:

• Creating the artwork
• Sharing and posting the art and process videos publicly
• Monetised social media posts
• Portfolio or promotional purposes

(All revenue from such posts belongs to Klitkollektor.)

2.2 For Private Requests

If you choose a Private Request, your submitted materials are used for:

• Creating your artwork
• Sending you the artwork and creation video privately
• Optional: deleting all digital materials upon your request

Your content will not be posted publicly unless you provide written permission.

2.3 For Purchases

• Process payments
• Ship physical items
• Provide a tracking number
• Contact you regarding issues with your order

2.4 General Uses

• Responding to your messages
• Improving the website or service
• Fulfilling legal or tax obligations
• Protecting the Artist from misuse or fraudulent activity

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, processing is based on:

5.2 Digital Deletion (Private Requests)

You may request the deletion of:

• Images you submitted
• Videos recorded during creation
• Scans or digital versions of the artwork

Once deletion is confirmed, the files will be removed from active storage permanently.

5.3 Purchase & Shipping Data

Stored for accounting and legal compliance (typically 6–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Includes name, address, and payment confirmation (not full card details).

6. Shipping Information & Liability

To purchase physical items, you must provide a valid shipping address. After shipment, we are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or courier errors. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your stored data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data (especially for Private Requests)
• Withdraw consent at any time

We do not accept submissions or images of minors under any circumstances. If such content is submitted, it will be deleted immediately and the request rejected.
